Kohlrabi with Tahini & Lemon Dressing

Kohlrabi what?!
This was the first time I’ve cooked with this member of the cruciferous family. Mixed with a few other raw ingredients and topped with a sweet tahini and lemon dressing. This wins sexy salad of the week! The fresh, dairy-free, creamy dressing recipe is below.


Sweet Tahini & Lemon Dressing

  •  1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Water (about 1/8c to 1/4c)

Place first three ingredients in a small jar and start by adding 1/8c water, shake well and slowly add more water to reach a creamy dressing consistency. Season with sea salt. Enjoy!
