This sassy salad packs an anti-inflammatory punch from the fresh ginger and omega 3-rich salmon all while providing energy-boosting power and trace minerals from the raw honey! Using fresh herbs and lots of baby greens ensures plenty of antioxidants are in every bite.

 
 
 

Little Miss Sweet & Spicy Salad

  • Baby greens such as arugula and spinach
  • Red peppers, sliced
  • Wild Pacific salmon, baked/steamed/poached
  • Top with fresh herbs such as basil or parsley, and capers (optional)

Dressing:

  • One part olive oil (one tablespoon)
  • Two parts aged balsamic vinegar (two tablespoons)
  • ½ part spicy mustard (½ tablespoon)
  • ¼ part raw honey (¼ tablespoon)
  • ¼ part grated ginger (¼ tablespoon)
  • Sea salt to taste
