Japanese-inspired Ginger Dressing

Do you love Japanese ginger dressing? We certainly do! This is the type of dressing that you could pour on anything just to consume it. Seriously. It’s creamy, gingery, slightly tangy and sweet, and with just the right amount of salt – a taste bud flavour explosion! But the best part of this nearly-raw dressing is that it’s packed with immune-boosting nutrients! This addicting salad sauce works double duty by flavouring your salads and slaws AND helping you stay healthy through this upcoming cold season. You don’t get a more delicious savoury medicine than this!

 Japanese-inspired Ginger dressing:

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 green onion (or 1 tbsp chopped onion)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup grated carrot

Place all of  ingredients in a blender and blend well. For a thicker dressing, place in a sealed jar and refrigerate for one hour. Shake well and serve!
